Say if you are being ignored and you feel that someone does not want to talk to you anymore, and its obvious, do you still go talk to them and question them of their sudden change?

Isn't it stupid because that someone does not want any awkwardness, that he quietly and subtly turn cold, and you still continue to pursue the reason behind that change? Just take it that there is a difference and move on. Nobody stays the same.

And there is a difference between reporting at 7.30am or 11.30am. You are saying there is no difference because you have to be there at 7.30. But are you staying till the whole thing ends? No. So when I leave at 11pm and when you leave at 4pm, is there a difference? Oops, it never crossed your righteous mind.

Not bothered if you get pissed by this because, I don't care.
